55MM HSS KUKSA CARVING MILLING CUTTER
The peak point of Kuksa engraving cutters is these products that we manufacture as hss.
The reason is that the cutting angles and hardness levels of the engraving cutters we produce from 2080 SPK material are suitable for the most optimum efficiency on all woods (regardless of hardness).
In the usage and trial videos, we tried it especially on hardwoods.
It is produced to work on walnut, cherry, oak, olive and all other trees.
Steel router bits are suitable for working on wood as a material! They become dull in a short time on MDF!
Handle - 16mm
Cut length - 4cm
Total length - 10cm
Working conditions - We recommend the 180-250 rpm band.
Suitable for lathes - cnc routers - and large column drills for optimum efficiency.
It will not work in benchtop portable pillar drills!
When using it on a lathe and a pillar drill, the vibration will increase as the chuck lengthens. To prevent this, it is necessary to retract the tailstock and reset it at every depth 'while using it on a lathe'!
It is completely our own production!
